Creative Wellness Skills Training Workshop

On 25 May 2026, the Wellness and Enrichment Team successfully hosted a Creative Wellness Skills Training Workshop that offered participants a fun and engaging way to promote wellness. Ms Lung Yuet Ching, Joyce, a lecturer of the Department of Culture and Creative Arts, shared how art-inspired activities, such as zine-making, could enhance the wellness of oneself and others. Students had the opportunity to experience zine-making under her guidance. After that, students participated in a latte art session led by a barista, where they practised effective communication skills through teamwork.
The workshop also provided practical information on wellness resources and strategies for caring for oneself and others, emphasising a holistic approach to wellbeing. Participants of different levels joined the event, enjoying a supportive and inclusive environment.
Participants shared that the creative activities helped them relax and offered a meaningful way to engage with their wellbeing. The Wellness and Enrichment Team appreciates everyone’s involvement and looks forward to continuing to provide supportive wellness opportunities in the future.
